Discovery & Proposal
We’ll start with a brief 30-minute discovery call to understand your product, current sales situation, and present a customized proposal.
Contract
Simply submit our online application form to complete the contract process quickly and easily. Afterward, you will fill out a pre-kickoff questionnaire.
Kickoff Meeting
We will dive deep into your product, finalize the value proposition, and define the target audience. We'll also align expectations on what conditions are required to secure appointments at the ¥40,000 rate.
Campaign Launch
Within 1-2 weeks after the kickoff, Raksul will begin outreach and appointment setting. We will share the secured meetings with you, and your team takes over to handle the actual sales calls.
Billing
We will email you a monthly payment link. You can easily pay via credit card, bank transfer, or convenience store payment. *Note: Billing is based on the date the meeting actually takes place. (e.g., An appointment booked on Oct 3rd for a meeting on Nov 10th will be billed in November).
Ongoing Optimization
Contracts auto-renew monthly. If you wish to adjust your monthly meeting cap or pause the campaign, simply notify us at least 3 days before the end of the month. Otherwise, we will seamlessly continue operations under the same conditions.
